How to find us

The best way to find us is by entering our postcode into your Sat nav, but beware! If you are following the A59 do not turn off until you reach the Bolton Abbey roundabout. There are narrow and twisty alternatives that some sat nav’s may use, but we would strongly advise against this.

Satnav : BD23 6DJ | What3words : ///warned.aware.buck

Best route for caravans

If you are travelling to us from a southern direction follow the B6160 to the Bolton Abbey roundabout.

If you are travelling from the north (via Pateley Bridge or Grassington) you can follow your sat nav. Be careful when you are around 1 minute from the campsite as some sat navs may try to direct you left up a small stone track just after a small bridge. Only turn left after rising up the hill and when you see the sign to Howgill Lodge. Follow the stone track until you reach the campsite on your left.

Public Transport

Bus number 74 leaves from Ilkley Station, stand A at 14:15 every Saturday during the summer. Depart the bus at Haugh Mill, the walk takes about 8 minutes to reach the campsite. For further information please click here

The two closest railway stations are Skipton and Ilkley, they are both around 25 minutes drive from the campsite.

Taxis

Ilkley Taxis (01943 601110) and Skipton Taxis (01756 794444) are the two closest taxi services.
